Returns Policy & Refund Policy
As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition with all original tags and packaging, you can return it within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Return pickup will be arranged within 2 to 3 working days from your given address and a pickup service charge of AED 30 will be applicable OR you can return the products in any of our stores along with the order details only between Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm. Refund or Exchange is not applicable in any of our stores.
International Returns Policy
No Exchange or Return is allowed for international orders.
Products we will not replace or refund
Products we can’t process for replacement or return are listed below:
- Paints
- Items on sale, offers & discounts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded
- All Electrical & Electronics items
- Items that are not in original condition and packaging (for example, if the sealed box or plastic packaging was removed, broken, or torn)
- Misused items or items showing signs of wear and tear, even if still under warranty
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective
- Items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels to be intact from the manufacturer
- Seasonal orders are not eligible for return and refund unless damaged or having a manufacturing defect
- Christmas products are not eligible for return and refund unless damaged or having a manufacturing defect
- Orders shipped to international destinations [outside UAE] are not eligible for return and refund
Frequently Asked Questions About Refunds
What form of refund can I get?
After quality check of the product and if it meets the return & refund policy terms, we will process your refund to the original payment mode or store credit. It will take a minimum of 5-7 business days to credit your bank account or debit/credit card.
What if I receive an item with a manufacturing defect?
If you have a complaint about your product or if it has any defect, damage, or missing parts, you may call our customer service and we will resolve it for you.
If the item is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect by our product experts and technical team, we will repair it or issue a replacement. If the item has a missing part, we will provide the missing part.
If you decide not to have a replacement, and the return request was received within 15 days from the date of delivery, we will issue the refund to your original payment mode.
If the item is working and is proven not faulty, damaged, or requires proper configuration or assembly, we will return the item back to you.
How long does it take for the whole return and exchange process to be completed?
We usually collect items within 2-3 business days from the date of your request. The delivery of replacement will also take 2-3 working days after evaluation.
What delivery destinations does the BBQ Hub return policy apply to?
Our return policy is applicable to items delivered within the United Arab Emirates only. We will not be able to process any kind of return/exchange/refund for items shipped to any other destinations.
What about peak seasons?
Please note that BBQ Hub will not accept returns during the months of Ramadan and Christmas, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or missing parts. None of the online orders will be accepted in any of BBQ Hub outlets. Kindly contact customer support for return requests.
Refund Process
We will process the refund once we receive the product at the BBQ Hub warehouse. The refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order:
- Orders paid by credit/debit card will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
- Orders paid by cash will be refunded via bank deposit or transfer once you provide the required details. Alternatively, you may choose a voucher, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
