I realize this is a barbecue oriented blog but I like a good pot of chili now and then and I like my chili nice and hot. My wife doesn’t like it nice and hot (wimp). Anyway, to get that heat I use Baboon Ass Brand Habanero Sauce from Rojos Gourmet. This stuff is great. You control how much heat by how much you put in a bowl. It has a great taste and your mouth will feel some tingle going on. If you like it super hot Baboon Ass also comes in Gone Rabid which is a whole different level. So as we gear up for cold winter months and you start digging out your chili recipes, be sure to spice it up a bit with some hot sauce. By the way, Baboon Ass goes great with eggs, pizza, barbecue (especially bbq chicken), Mexican food and just about anything else you can eat. Hell, my next door neighbor puts it on plain saltine crackers…. he loves the stuff.

This is freakin’ great. “The Barbecue Song” from the BBQ Pit Boys of BarbecueWeb.com with Rhett & Link & The Homestead Pickers is out of this world. These guys have summed up barbecue in a song.
